The deadline for submitting this registration form and payment is Friday, October 3.
The cost is $100 per person for adults and teens (ages 13–18) and $80 per person for children (ages 4–12).
Toddlers and babies (3 years of age and under) are free.

The cost includes 2 nights' lodging, 5 meals, classes and entertainment.
